Daniel Emory Allen

The Family of Daniel Emory Allen Jr. would like to announce his passing on November 19, 2020 at the age of 92.

He was born in Little Woody County, Swan River, Manitoba on November 25, 1928 to Daniel Emory SR. & Kathleen (nee Whitney) Allen.

He married Lorraine J. Paulson and together they raised eight Children.  They lived in Churchill, Manitoba where he worked for The National Harbours Board from 1953 until his retirement in 1982 when they moved to Winnipegosis, Manitoba.

He is survived by his children, Ticky (Selma), Lee (Rose), Deniece (William), Bonnie (Gary), Dwight (Louise), Faith (Malcolm), April (Andrew) and daughter in law, Florence.   As well as 21 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 5 great, great grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his wife Lorraine, his son Robin Dwain, his sister Faye Kathleen Oliver.

He will be sadly missed and greatly loved by his family, friends and all that knew him.

A cremation will be taking place by Pathways Funeral Services in Dauphin, Manitoba.  A Celebration of Life will be held in Churchill, Manitoba at a later date.
