Ronald Skulmoski Obituary

Ronald Sylvester Skulmoski

19 November 1948 - 22 January 2023

It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden, unexpected passing of Ron at his home on the family farm in Pine River, Manitoba.

Ron is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lorna (nee McKee), and his siblings Helen Kulak and Mel Skulmoski (Hope), as well as his nieces and nephews.

Ron loved gardening and caring for his large lawn, and his dogs, Rocky and Sandy. He was a fan of music, playing the accordion and harmonica, and collecting 45’s and LP’s especially old-time acoustic country music. He loved food and he and his wife tried many new recipes dividing up the tasks to create taste sensations.

He was a soft-spoken, thoughtful, gentle and caring soul who will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.

Arrangements are entrusted to Pathways Funeral Services in Dauphin, Manitoba. Interment of ashes will take place at a private graveside service held on a later date at the Old Fletcher Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tourette Canada or a charity of one’s choice.
