Walter Boyechko

Walter Boyechko age 76 of Dauphin, Manitoba passed away on July 16, 2021 at the Dauphin Personal Care Home.
Walter was born in Ste. Rose du Lac on August 2, 1944 to Steven and Alice Boyechko.

Walter attended school in Abbotshall, Manitoba and married Therese (Breland)on May 23, 1970.  Early in his career, Walter was employed with Midwest Drilling and the railway before he started ranching in 1970 in the Rorketon district.  Walter ranched until 2006.  He also commercial fished and drove school bus while he ranched.  Once retired from ranching in 2006 Walter decided to drive Taxi in Dauphin until 2011.  

Walter enjoyed all aspects with anything related to hunting, fishing and living off the land. Playing cards, meeting new people and any conversations were some of his favourite pastimes.  His conversations usually were with him doing most or all of the conversing. 

Walter is survived by his sons, Garth (Terry), Grant (Michelle) His Grandchildren, Carson and Jordan, Zane and Jax, his Brothers Tony and David, Brothers in law Auriel and Florent, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. 
Walter was predeceased by his Wife Therese (Breland) in 1993, his Parents Steve and Alice, Bros Peter and Dennis, and his Sister Verna.

In accordance with Walter's wishes cremation has taken place, and a service will be held for Walter at a later date.
